Deuces Automation provides AI-powered call answering and booking functionality as part of its Revenue Protection System.

• Call summaries
• Workflow execution

Voice AI usage may generate call records and processing data necessary for operational functionality.

While Deuces Automation maintains an unlimited master account for administrative provisioning of sub-accounts, call processing and telephony usage are subject to applicable usage-based billing as defined in service agreements.

Unlimited provisioning does not imply unlimited free call processing.

4. CRM & Customer Data

Client data stored within CRM systems is used solely for the purpose of delivering configured automation services.

Clients retain ownership of their business data.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

Data may be deleted upon service termination, subject to platform limitations and retention policies.

We utilize secure third-party infrastructure providers to deliver CRM, AI voice, hosting, and payment processing services.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
