Welcome to Deuces Automation. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services.

By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Deuces Automation provides SaaS-based Revenue Protection Systems, including CRM configuration, automation workflows, and AI-powered voice receptionist infrastructure designed for HVAC and home service businesses.

Services include standardized onboarding, system configuration, and technical support as defined in your service agreement.

Deuces Automation does not provide ongoing marketing management, advertising services, or revenue guarantees.

2. SaaS Subscription Model

Our services operate under a subscription-based SaaS model.

Clients pay:

• A one-time installation/setup fee
• Recurring monthly subscription fees
• Applicable usage-based fees where specified

Subscription fees grant access to the configured system and related infrastructure.

Failure to maintain active subscription payments may result in suspension or termination of service access.

3. Voice AI Usage & Fees

Elite AI and related voice services utilize AI-powered call answering and telephony infrastructure as part of the Revenue Protection System.

Voice AI services are subject to usage-based fees associated with call handling and telephony processing.

Usage charges may be determined by:

• Call volume
• Call duration
• AI processing time
• Telephony routing activity

Clients are responsible for all applicable Voice AI usage fees as defined in their individual service agreement.

Provisioning of Voice AI functionality does not include bundled call processing. All telephony and AI processing costs are billed based on actual usage.

4. Installation & Onboarding Scope

All installations are performed using standardized system configurations.

Onboarding includes defined setup tasks agreed upon prior to installation. Custom development, advanced scripting, multi-location routing logic, or expanded automation beyond standard scope may require additional fees.

Scope limitations protect implementation quality and operational stability.

5. Technical Support

Ongoing support is limited to technical support for system functionality as configured during onboarding.

Technical support does not include:

• Marketing strategy
• Advertising management
• Sales consulting
• Custom software development

Support response times may vary based on complexity and service tier.

6. Service Infrastructure & Platform Dependencies

Deuces Automation utilizes third-party software platforms, including CRM systems and AI voice processing tools, to deliver services.

Service performance may depend on the availability and reliability of these underlying platforms.

While Deuces Automation guarantees proper configuration according to onboarding scope, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed in the event of outages or disruptions outside of Deuces Automation’s control.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in your agreement.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service access.

Setup fees are non-refundable once installation has commenced.

8. Limitation of Liability

Deuces Automation provides infrastructure and automation systems designed to support revenue protection.

We do not guarantee revenue outcomes, booked jobs, or business growth.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deuces Automation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Modifications

Deuces Automation reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
